  • Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older.

  • Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required.

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM (Mon-Thurs) and 10 PM - 8 AM (Fri-Sat).

  • Parking: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street parking directly in front of the house.

  • Trash Disposal: All trash must be contained in the provided containers and kept out of public view.

☼ SECURITY CAMERAS ☼

  • Inside Cameras: There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property.

  • Exterior Cameras: The home is equipped with three exterior security cameras, including views of the front door, driveway, and side yard.

☼ MAINTENANCE SERVICES ☼

  • Pool Cleaning: The pool is cleaned twice a week, typically on Monday and Thursday mornings.

  • Landscaping: Landscaping services are provided once a week, usually on Wednesday mornings.

  • Pest Control: The home is on a routine maintenance schedule for pests.

☼ EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS ☼

If you plan to arrive early or need extra time for decorating, inquire about our half-day add-on for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before check-in to check availability. Note that early check-in may not be possible if there’s a guest checking out that morning or if maintenance is scheduled.

☼ POOL HEATING FEE ☼

To keep accommodation costs lower, pool heating is offered as an additional fee.

  • Pool Heating: Available up to 83°F for $150/day (October - April).

  • Spa Heating: Available up to 102°F for $35/day. Both must be paid for the duration of your stay and are required 48 hours prior to check-in.
